Most bots here use BotAim 2, I'm not sure the specifics about it, but details can be found around the forum (use the search).
**Note: I don't know what systems RCBot and JKBotti use, they could be using something totally unique.**

So far, I haven't noticed JKBotti sniping and killing all the time.
It's not like an AimBot, if that's what you're thinking. lol
I once thought that the bots used AimBots (cheating programs), but it seems that the people who created BotAim 2 have done some great improvements to make aiming and firing close to being human like. However, whether a bot reloads or fetches some med kits is completely up to the AI of the bot program itself.

I certainly hope you enjoy using the bots.
If you need explainations of what certain configs mean and how to set the bots up, look around the forums, they will likely have some setup information (if they are not already provided with the bot files).
