I already stated in my first post that I am using a listenserver, which is one that when you press the create game button (or w/e it is called) you create the server. So those specs I just listed.. are the correct ones. And.. memed? Maybe you cannot read, but I have clearly stated my problem. The game lags unusally bad at every round start and when an admin attempts a command in the console. If you didn't get that for some reason in the first post, here it is again, bold and underlined.
