Id say that might make the bots too hard after awhile if your a very good player, and a good sniper etc. Or are the bots not necessarily capable of doing 'advanced' things yet like item usage / sniper camping / hiding... and it might be neat to have them not shoot when its not convenient (ie. if they dont want to be spotted)
