@Walten: you must have a problem with your installation. You extract the zip file inside the cstrike directory, that's all.
It gives then:
cstrike/podbot/podbot_mm_i386.so
The default waypoint folder is:
cstrike/podbot/wptdefault
It's also declared as such in the podbot.cfg file.
