find your plugins.ini file and add this line at the bottom
win32 ../realbot/dll/realbot_mm.dll realbot

also, check to see if you put the realbot_mm.dll file in the right directory. it should be in sierra\counter-strike\realbot\dll\realbot_mm.dll
