having trouble with the autobalancing features in this version...

in my config i have : m_autobalancebots on 10 10 10

this has always worked in the past...
(and does again now that i have reverted to 5.50.00)

i upgraded to podbot_mm and mean 5.50.12 on the same day, so i decided to try using the '12' on pod 2.5 (note : cs1.5 server)

both bots produced the same results :

15 bots would fill the server (maxplayers), some join a team (usually 2 will join a team, 13 will spectate), when the round ends, 8 of the bots will join the botteam...but those other 5 just sit and spectate (and fill the only public slots)

maybe i missed something?
