I believe weird things like that may happen when there's something screwed up with FakeClientCommands and/or network messages. If you send too many of either of them in a row (for example, because the bot keeps wanting to switch to a weapon he doesn't have), the game won't keep up with the legitimate ClientCommands and will mess them all up.
