Stephan might be busy as he hasn't released yet a binary for his update last year. I've compiled Stephan's latest git (4.x series) using his default dependencies (and instructions) since Oct'2019 and works fine from my previous tests - using MSVC 2019. I'll upload it here for those who want to test.
