Okay, I visited the page hoping to find out what this is, but I still have an unanswered question, or a problem that I hope you can help me to resolve.

I plan on running a dedicated bot server, letting the bots play while we play another game, this is just so we don't have to restart my machine into a server each time (Creating a game in other words) just having one running.
HOWEVER, that was the description, here is the question:

Since it is running dedicated, and I have no monitor connected, can this mod give me admin access from my computer which is on the server as a client to give commands, set nextmaps time left and regular server commands? As well as kicking bots?
Because thats what I need.
Okay, perhaps more than one question, I hope you can help me on this.
It is not internet play, it is a small LAN play between me and friend who plays CS cooperatively against bots.
PODbot to be exact.
