That message cannot be disabled just by any setting. You need to fix waypoints. What You need is to edit waypoints on Your local listenserver (instead of the main server) this way:
1. Prepare Your addons directory (on Your local PC) the same way as You have done it on the main server. The same with liblist.gam file.
2. Start the listenserver on Your PC (by "create a game").
3. Load the map with problematic waypoints.
4. Use pb wp menu command from the console - it should open WP Editor.
5. Use the "check" option from waypoint menu (somewhere one th second page i I rememeber good) and it will teleport You to the waypoint connected to nohwere.
6. Then You need to just add a connection to this waypoint and save pwf file. If there is no other problems, it will not teleport You to other waypoint and You can copy this pwf to Your server.
