Yeah - that was the info I was asking for.
After testing my linux (mandriva 2010.0) test server I have the same:
Protocol version 48
Exe version 1.1.2.6/Stdio (cstrike)
Exe build: 16:56:12 Mar 8 2010 (4883)
I'm also getting the message about steam API init error, but the server works and bots are joining teams (Ts and CTs).
So it means all settings I could check on Your server look correctly.
I have no idea why they don't join teams on Your server.
