If You attack a human-player teamnate, he is attacking You back, too. So this bot behaviour is correct now. I had here admins complaining a lot because of players on their server were fireing at bots for fun. They had to warn or do any actions agains such users. Now that is not important anymore since bots can take care about them-selves. You cannot switch off that feature.
