may be i didnt explayn what i want

for all 3 contitions my answer is "YES"
bat i have 2 situations:
1) i start cs manually and only choose map and maximum players on it and nothing more - and all is OK - bots are "connected" and i can play
2) i add "+map de_dust" in command line and have map de_dust (whithout shoosing anything in GUI menu) bat without "connecting" any bots
and command podbotmenu also does not work in console
podbot.cfg in both situations is same...
