Well, YaPB would crash, but Podbot MM wouldn't choose the other weapon in the weapon slots.
I don't remember if podbot mm crashes.

Sorry, gave you wrong map name b4, I know it was this map and one other, I'll have to search for it.
Just, thought this would be a nice feature since some maps give you extra weapons.
