So - You want to tell me You are playing with them and they are using only glock18 and usp (eventually knves) and no any weapon on those maps? I was just testing on cs_arabstreet (CS1.5) and they were buying fine. Maybe You screwed up something with Your file botweapons.cfg? Try to get the default one which comes with th epackage to see if that solves Your problem.
