I recommend AMX X. Just grab from the filebase
All-In-One package (it contains metamod 1.19, AMX X 1.8.0 and podbot mm V3B19d).
You need to rename Your existing addons folder to something like addons_old, then unzip everything from All-In-One zip file into the main "cstrike" or "czero" directory (depanding which mod You are playing). Let overwrite all files. During that installation process the CS has to be stopped on Your server.
Just try how it works on default settings, read some ini/cfg files from amxomdx\config directory and You will like it. More help about AMX X You can find at
