I made a game with up to 32 players, but when I chose to "fill the server", I can only add up to 15 bots, no matter which way I try to add new bots it won't add, and it doesn't give me any error message or anything. Anybody know what' going on?

EDIT2: Okay so I was able to get more bots to join but they just join up to 16 in one team and the rest just sits in spectator, how do I get all of them to join?

EDIT: Nevermind I figured it out, I have to edit the .cfg file.
