Make sure You have installed everything from scratch - rename the old addons folder You had to addons_old. Then unzip All-In-One into main cstrike folder. And start with this - without changing anything.

CS version?
If You are using CS1.6 non-steam version - that is not supported all.
If it's CS1.5, You just need to disable CSDM included in AIO (go to addons\amxmodx\configs\plugins-csdm.ini into disabled-csdm.ini). Try also - if that will not help - with podbot mm only -
disable amxmodx in addons\metamod\plugins.ini.
