Metamod comes within the AIO, just put the metamod folder in cstrike/addons/
The only things that really need to be overwritten is the liblist.gam.
The liblist.gam opens the metamod.dll and then metamod will open the cstrike dlls, and anything in the plugins.ini. (Which includes AMX and PBMM).

Liblist.gam should say:

gamedll "addons\metamod\dlls\metamod.dll"
