I have made my own download of the latest version of FoxBot and it is up to date and well I have it so that all you need to do is extract everything to your team fortress classic directory and then it will even overwrite your liblist.cfg for you with it properly pointing to the metamod.dll and then when you run the game and run a server bots will join and work properly...you can get it from here:
