ClanMod and StatsMe are not supported since about 2-3 years, so no wonder if You are experiencing the crash. I suggest You diable both of them to see if the server works correctly with bots only.
I would recommend You switch from CM and SM to AMX MOD X. Just install the package All-In-One, then update the bot's *dll/*so only. Feel the power and the advantage AMX X has.
