Depends on the games and their SDK's or scripts support you can create bots but here most of the people make bots only for FPS games so I don't know if someone is able to help...
Suggestion: Choose the games that you want to make bot for it, look if there is some kind of SDK or scripts support and read the game own tutorial for creating plugins like bots.
