Can You be more descriptive with Your answers?
You need to tell me - "I did these steps, then happened this." "I placed these commands, then 9 bots get added, after the human-player joined all of them got kicked at once or every 2 seconds one by one bots get kicked" or whatever to let me understand what is happening on Your server...
Another thing - the changes in podbot.cfg can get affected only when You restart CS at all on the server (it insufficient to change the map or so).
