If You are using pb_bot_quota_match parameter, You shouldn't use pb add / pb remove commands. The automatic algorith controls the amount of bots on Your server depanding on human players You have there.
Don't lie it's unchanged from All-In_One - in All-In-One package pb_bot_quota_match is 0.
Another thing - in Your podbot.cfg
pb_shootthruwalls 0
s
remove that "s" at the end - it's wrong.
