Well i haven't seen any problems with that actions in both bots, but really yapb has troubles defusing it sometimes.
As i said, inhuman turns can be turned off, but using yb_hardcoremode 0, russian language - yep this problem, i'll release full english version asap.
About running on dedicated server (i guess you run it), have you experienced problems connecting server running lots of yapb ?
Bot balancing is currently broken in code, i'll rewrite it too...
