Let me know if it whole works with bots. You can also give me t he link to this plugin. I'm afraid it will not resolve Your problem with bots dropping weapons. But I have some another solution (if this one will not work for You) - the bots drop their weapon to pickup another one. If You disable them from pickuping - they shouldn't drop any weapon. To do this try this: find in Your podbot.cfg the setting:
pb_maxweaponpickup 10
and change it to...
pb_maxweaponpickup 0
