Try to use mp_friendlyfire 0. The bots are checking if they can hit a teamnate while shooting (it's one of the reason I have in mind right now which may not correctly). Let me know if ater that it happens also.

I'm working on some code optimizing right now - so for V3B18c You should get lower ping (but probably not yet the same like with CSBot).
