What exactly does action class 7 mean by engineer camp? Does this mean an engineer camps defensively before enemy dynamite is placed or defensively protecting his own planted dynamite? How would this class be used?

Also, task 3, the aim task, that's for artillery, right? And lastly, what exactly is alt-roam. I couldn't understand fully how it is used in the waypointing guide by Denny. Thanks in advance. I am pretty much done with mp_cannon, and should have it finalized by this Friday. Take care.
