The bots stay in spectate mode? Why? ----- They can't join ct or t.

I tried that patch that someone gave me. It didn't work.It messed up the whole thing. It coudn't even activate. I reinstall realbot and finally I got the activation working.But now they only stay in spectate mode. Please help!!!
