Here is a modified version of Realbot which should work under CS 1.6. Not sure if it's working now as it's quite a time since I was working with CS.

You can also try a Metamod plugin which will enable the official CZero bot in CS 1.6. (Note: This is _not_ illegal as it doesn't modify or copy any proprietary software
and again I don't guarantee this still works
