To be sure what is the version of Your bots You need to write in console:
meta list
and post here the all contents of it (I want to see all Your plugins You have there).
After watching Your demos - You have some troubles with speed of bots on Your PC. They just act in slow motion - this is Your problem - that's why they are dumbs for You. Tell me the specyfication of Your PC (CPU MHz, memory), windows/linux, other mods You have there.
Another thing - You don't need to kill all bots manually everytime You are dieing. Look into podbot.cfg and find the keyword "pb_autokill" and "pb_autokilldelay"...
