There is no way to run (host) a mod compiled for the intel windoze on a PowerPC Mac except through CPU simulation and you don't want to go there.

Get a winbox to host a server and maybe there is a way to client your Mac on a lan, by fooling it. (you won't get any of the client features on the mac).
