OK to get things started here is a real quick port of 420blunt's sw_el_kef. It still needs some of the same work that sw_el_kef may need (more spawns, camps...) as well as mucho testing.
(Oh I forgot to say... Drop the file in \fritzbot and either rename the file as .pk3 type or unzip the file (into the sub-directories) and use sv_pure 0 to play)
