That's all it says on those two commands.
The computer has steam installed but I'm not using it to start the CS1.6 server. HLDS is installed on C:\HLServer...Podbot is C:\HLServer\cstrike\addons\podbot; similiarly, metamod is c:\HLServer\cstrike\addons\metamod
