Way Point issues -

yeah ok so i have epb installed right and everytohing and i run the serever but for every map i gives me the no waypoints error message like" cannot create, no waypoints"
i downloaded MarD's waypoint pack and put them in the waypoints folder in epodbot but i got nothing?...plz some one help
