It should go to ...\counter strike\cstrike
When You install steam it creates the folder with email address for example
ancient@cfegames.com, so You may see the folder in SteamApps:
C:\Program Files\Sierra\Steam\SteamApps\ancient@cfegames.com\ counter strike
In this case
your@email.address is
ancient@cfegames.com - it's just Your email address You registered acount in Valve (for Steam).
