PS. can i do so when i start the server so it will put a NUMBER of bots on TEAM

Team Exempel: CT
Number Exempel: 3

When i open my server it will takes 3 Bots at CT and nothing on T

And can you tell me the best number of bots on my server palyers from internet come in so how many ? 10 ? i hope really 10
