Basicly you can install the conf center anywere you'd like, if id doesnt find a file it might not be installed properly, try reinstalling conf center and maby if u freshly installed yapb first run yapb in game and add a bot then retry the conf center maby it will find the missing file then it might create it, if that didnt work ask strelomet
