pb wpmenu I think is what it is.

There are hotkeys (shortcut keys) to waypoint menus, like
H = main Waypoint menu
I = Delete Paths
L = Radius of Waypoint
P = Delete Waypoint
O = Add waypoint menu

etc...

I can give you my custom hotkeys if you want.
