Are You sure You haven't mixed 2 bots together (for example podbot mm and yapb) then You had that effect? I'm using that option to kick bots from the main bot's menu and it works for me. Check Your pb_minbots setting (the command to remove bots should make it as 0 if it was something above). Maybe You are talking about ultimate podbot menu (the plugin to AMXAMX X)?
