Actually the game industry doesn't misuse the red cross emblem !
It only uses it to refer to what it's in reality refering to .....which's MEDIC!!!
and despite the fact that there have been much more serious breaches of copyrights than this and which no one did care about!
In this essence one must tell those guys from the red cross to Chill , yes LOL
