Krayzie22, what version of YaPB did you download? There was an installer problem with YaPB 2. The problem should be corrected in 2.05. I have three PC's, my newest one was able to install YaPB 2 with no problems. But with my two older PC's, the installer would crash. That's where 2.05 is coming in, to fix the problem. Last, do you happen to have Counter-Strike 1: Anthology?
