I tried that pack a long time ago and I had the same problems. The only possibility to still use that pack is to change the player models (check at fpsbanana site).
Or try other packs like Cobrapack, Mercpack, or others from fusion.
There is a nice Black hawk down pack at the fpsbanana site.
