I think You are using some older version. Update also Your AMX X to 1.71 (much more stable and more free of bugs - I may attest). Update also metamod to 1.19 (the new AMX X requires it).
Take R2B46d fullpack and use it. Then tell me how did You consider they are playing without helmets. I can't even see if a human player is using it or not...
