In the options, there should be an auto-something crosshair, it might not be enabled. I to play CZ, and its no bother it actually improves your aiming and deadly accurate killing.

When you jump the cross hair moves, but while running or walking it does not.
Its probably an option, I'll check real quick to see.

Mine is already enabled, and still doesn't auto-size, its probably a bug.
