I would recommend that You install for test another bot completly different than podbot mm (for example JoeBot or Realbot). If this slow motion effect still will happen for You - it will mean it's Your PC problem. If these bots will work fine - it will mean it's podbot mm problem. I was trying this bot on few machines and few beta testers report me it works fine for them. I can't reproduce the effect You have to do something with it.
Another thing I may recommend is - reinstall the steam.
