Try to look here (i don't remember which one contains podbot mm V3beta - after joining write in console "meta list" without quotes to list the plugins are there):

85.214.36.125:27025 -[ sHc ]- sHclachthaus
85.214.36.125:27055 -[ sHc ]- DeathMatchServer
85.214.36.125:27045 -[ sHc ]- chill (standardmaps)

It's a linux (suse 9.3 x64) server with 5 gameservers on it. The owner of it didn't report such problem. He was using R2B46d before, too, and no problem with slow motion reported.
