Download
this file and unzip it into Your ...\cstrike\addons folder. Because that zip file includes already "podbot" foder, after uzniping everything into cstrike\addons You should see in Your addons the new folder called "podbot". In that folder ("podbot") You should see few configs files and also some .*dll and *.so and some other sub-folders. When You have everything there - You should unzip the file podbot_mm_amd64_V3beta7c.zip into addons\podbot folder - when it asks if overwrite You should answer "ALL" - to let overwrite all files by these new ones in that beta zip (I believe You have linux amd64 machine).
Then go to the addons\metamod\plugins.ini and add this line:
linux addons/podbot/podbot_mm_amd64.so
and start the game. It should work.
