Read again my post above - dedicated server is when You are creating the server on some PC, but You don't play on this PC. Listenserver is when You create a game on the PC, then You are playing on it and other people can join Your PC to play with You.
Just write me what are You doing to play the game - I'll tell You what the kind of the server You have.
