[Quicktrip]

Well here is what I ended up with after tinkering with everything for a while... I added a scenario cfg file for every map on my server with this.

m_botmode botvshuman
m_switchbotteam te
m_autosteamswitch off
m_enforcebotteam on
m_autobalancebots on 10 10 0
m_WarMode humans
m_banawp on
m_useweaponrank on
m_botskill 80

I haven't had any problems with it in the last few hours so I hope everything is good to go 10 Bots vs CT Humans AWP is banned for humans...
